Introducing Appreciative Inquiry
Aimed at Business owners, HR managers and other people leaders who want to improve their organisations and are looking for an alternative approach to introducing change and making it happen.
Imagine coming out of a meeting about a new change project and you feel positive, supported by your colleagues, enthusiastic for change and you have contributed to an action plan that the business is supporting. Or do you worry about having to "sell" the project to your team and dealing with the cynics?
Today's workshop will introduce you to a positive approach to change that recognises:
• there are always things that work in the business, it's not all problems, problems!
• every business has under-used strengths;
• the whole business can deliver the change much better than a few individuals
Organisations that adopt this positive approach to change make things happen faster and don't waste time and money getting "buy in", dealing with change resistance, etc.
You will experience this approach during the workshop, taking away a host of ideas and tips to use when you get back to work. A real benefit of attending the workshop is that you will feel more positive about handling change and look forward to your next change project!
The seminar will be delivered by Peter Cruikshanks from Outside In Management, Martin Haigh from Lattitude7 and Christine Gilkes from Glue Together
